Happiness can change, and does change, according to the quality of the society in which people live.

Whereas the happiness is found to depend on the greater warmth of family and other social relationships there, and to the greater importance that people there attach to these relationships. ∼ World Happiness Report 2018

There are six variables upon which the the World Happiness report is analysed . It have been found to support well-being: income, healthy life expectancy, social support, freedom, trust and generosity.

However 80% of the variance of happiness across the world occurs within countries. In richer countries the within-country differences are not mainly explained by income inequality, but by differences in mental health, physical health and personal relationships: the biggest single source of misery is mental illness. Income differences matter more in poorer countries, but even their mental illness is a major source of misery.∼ World Happiness Report 2017

Focusing on Mental illness Mindmasked initiated a campaign in 2017 called “Swim into Love and Joy Frequency”  after the release of United Nations Report 2017 on WORLD HAPPINESS DAY (2oth March2017). Because in it Pakistan ranked 80th on the scale of World happiness among 126 countries.

SWIM INTO JOY AND LOVE FREQUENCY:

Mindmasked started this campaign in response to the rank 80th, with the aim for reaching the first position. To start it Mindmasked aimed to target 100,000 children in Pakistan to shift their DNA  from stressful state towards happiness. (Because children are a source of Happiness).

WORLD HAPPINESS REPORT 2017:

In 2017, Pakistan moved 12 points up as compared to 2016 from Rank 92 to Rank 80th with score of 5.269: (Review Pg.No 14 on the document below)

WORLD HAPPINESS REPORT 2018:

In 2018, Pakistan not only maintained its rank but as well moved 5 points up securing its position at 75th place as compare to 2017’s rank 80th with score of 5.472:(Review Pg.No 10 on the document below)

Therefore, Mindmasked is grateful to all of its readers and participants to be a huge part of this campaign, for enabling Pakistan to radiate JOY and LOVE frequency in Universe.
